The Long-awaited Brute Force 25man ICC Raid progress news Update(with Screenshots)

As posted before I've been busy IRL, and I'm pretty lazy to begin with when it comes to running an internet fantasy mmo guild.

So first up apolagies to everyone for not posting more news items. It doesn't mean I don't love you and I'm not really proud of what we've all done. I'm just lazy when it comes to cropping and uploading screen shots. Now the news.

Blood Queen Down

Blood Queen is personally my favourite fight in ICC. Putricide previously held this position for the humour in the lore around it but not the fight itself. Blood Queen is superb mechanic gradually turning your raid-force from mere heroes of Azeroth into blood craving undead killing machines. Without a twinkle in sight I might add.
Since her initial defeat we have also killed her with added strat tweakage to control the vampire debuff allowing me to complete the blood infusion of Shadows Edge. Now only 1 infusion to go before the fragment collecting begins. By Catacysm BF might just have a Shadowmourne.

Syndragosa

"It's like that fight with the frost dragon in naxx with the iceblocks and the frost orbs you hide from but with randomly positioned frost orbs and a couple of stacking debuffs" was the initial very hurried strat we used as she landed the first time in our usual spirit of "lets see if we can work this out before we go read wowwiki. Staggeringly it didn't work out that well! A couple of attempts with a proper strat later and regularly had her under 15% HP. Sadly some people seemed magnetically attracted to taking unnecessary frost damage and falling over, but we persevered and a couple of dozen attempts later on a fresh raid night we had ourselves a real Syndra kill.

I'm very proud of BF as I write this the Syndra kill was very tidy which seemed impossible after the shambles of many of the wipes. It all came together brilliantly from our new recruits on trial to the jaded (glass half empty) veterans to give us a great kill. WTB someone with fraps skills so that readers have more than just my word to go on here

This week will see our first attempts on Lichking, attendance willing and I look forward to bringing you a shiney new screen shot and some ill-chosen words for that occasion. As well as an update on our fragment drop rate, I have my FR gear ready to go and eat breaths.

Teth - Tauren (Deathkinght) & "Wrong Boss" of Brute Force

Well its been a busy time in BF, we have just about sorted out our recruitment issues and seem to be getting back on track, as demonstrated by a successfull take down of BQ (or as i like to say "was that a wing boss") and Sindragosa.

Now its time for the big man himself

on the 10 man front we have also been successful and downed 8/12 bosses so far on hm.

Again id like to post some SS of the kills, but however our intrepid leader has been busy installing zx spectrums in his new built school he works in, and seems to have gotten forgetful in his old age (lets not mention the fact im older then him ) and hasnt gotten round to putting them up yet.

So i`ll try find a long stick to poke him with over the tinternets until we get some pictures up (knowing him we will get some comedy crayon drawn shots )

We have now killed The Lich King on 10 man normal mode!
While we were on a roll we also went to ToGC and finished the tribute to insanity (we had one anub kill at 49 tries left before patch 3.3)

We are also still recruiting people to get our 25 mans running smoothly again. Mostly in need of ranged dps and a priest healer, but don't hesitate to apply if you think you are a good player who wants to raid on Thursdays, Sundays and Tuesdays 20:00 - 00:00 game time
